Light Pressure Tanks are particularly suited to supply low viscosity, water based, glues, adhesives and fluids.
They are made in stainless steel with a wide opening allow an easy filling.
These Tanks are available in 9 or 18 ltr capacities, with a maximum working pressure of 3 bar.
Inlet/Outlet Ball Valves, a Pressure Regulator with gauge and a Safety Valve are all fitted as standard.
As an option a fine mesh stainless steel filter is available in the outfeed.
The LDG and MDG model pressure tanks have a maximum working pressure of 6 bar and are entirely made of stainless steel.
With capacities from 1 ltr up to 42.5 ltrs. They are assembled with inlet/outlet ball valves, a pressure regulator with gauge, and safety valve as standard.
The tank lid is completely removable, allowing inspection and the replenishment of the tank.
As an option, tanks can be equipped with a fine mesh Stainless Steel Filter in the outfeed, or a Fluid Level Sensor

Glue feed units with diaphragm pump are particularly suited to low viscosity, water based, glues, adhesives and fluids.
They are equipped with double diaphragm pneumatic pump 1:1 ratio and anti-stall pneumatic control valve. The pump is assembled on a easily removable bucket lid that simplifies the operation when replacing the empty bucket with a full bucket, or for maintenance and cleaning.
The pump can be transfered to a full bucket containing water for the washing operations of the plant.
The pump also has a bottom valve to prevent the fluid leaking back, via the suction pipe, during bucket change-overs. These glue feed units are equipped with a stainless steel filter at the intake tube of the pump.
To control outlet pressure, therefore the glue quantity supplied, these units can be assembled with a 1:1 manual stainless steel pressure regulator. Alternatively, in order to regulate the pressure relative to the speed of the host machine, it is possible to assemble a 1:1 automatic stainless steel pressure regulator controlled by a proportional valve.
A level control float (optional) is available to indicate the minimum fluid level in the bucket.

They are equipped with pneumatic piston pump 5:1 ratio. The piston pump can be installed on wall mount bracket (optional) or stand on wheels (optional), and the bucket is connected to the piston pump through a flexible reinforced tube.
